There are plenty of people that will be more than happy to throw with you and help you improve your throws. Come down on Thursday nights at Sandton Sports Club. I live in Randburg too and Sandton isn't that far. Be there at 18:30. (there is a link to the map). In the mean time, throw with friends. This is what disc is about after all. But next time leave us a contact or email one of the contacts on the 'About Us' link.
