Hey Shaun,
Friendly games are on Thursday nights. There are plenty of people that will be more than happy to throw with you and help you improve your throws. Come down on Thursday nights at Sandton Sports Club. I live in Randburg too and Sandton isn’t that far. Be there at 18:30. (there is a link to the map). In the mean time, throw with friends. This is what disc is about after all.
